Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using GolXP. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing the GolXP platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
GolXP provides automated Expert Advisor (EA) software for use with the MetaTrader 5 ("MT5") trading platform. The Service is offered in two deployment modes:
Cloud Hosting
Your MT5 instance runs on our high-performance infrastructure.
Local Download
License-protected EA file for your own MT5 installation.
GolXP is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool. It does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading software in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Coinbase, CoinPayments, Razorpay).
- All fees are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions do not automatically renew.
- Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered at our discretion for infrastructure failures or billing errors exceeding 48 hours.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.
7. Trading Risk Disclosure
Significant Risk Warning
TRADING FOREIGN EXCHANGE CARRIES SIGNIFICANT RISK OF LOSS. Automated trading does not eliminate risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade entirely at your own risk.
8. Broker Credentials
For Cloud Hosting, you provide credentials to connect your account. We use AES-256 encryption and only use credentials to operate the EA on your behalf. We are not responsible for broker-side issues.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, share license keys, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolXP shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.
