By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing the GolXP platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GolXP provides automated Expert Advisor (EA) software for use with the MetaTrader 5 ("MT5") trading platform. The Service is offered in two deployment modes:

• Cloud Hosting: Your MT5 instance runs on our infrastructure using the credentials you provide.
• Download: A license-protected EA file is delivered for installation on your own MT5 installation.

GolXP is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool. It does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading software in your jurisdiction to access the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using automated forex trading tools is lawful in your country of residence.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to secure your credentials.

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and durations are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• All fees are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Coinbase Commerce, CoinPayments, Razorpay). By completing payment, you agree to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must purchase a new subscription before expiry to avoid service interruption.
• Once a subscription is activated, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Due to the digital and time-limited nature of the Service, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• The Service was inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure.
• A technical error caused double billing.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date via our contact page. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

TRADING FOREIGN EXCHANGE CARRIES SIGNIFICANT RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. Automated trading does not eliminate risk. Past performance of the EA is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that:

• Forex trading can result in partial or total loss of your invested capital.
• GolXP does not guarantee any specific trading results or profits.
• You trade entirely at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.
• You are responsible for configuring the EA and managing your broker account.

If you use Cloud Hosting, you provide your MT5 broker login credentials to connect your account to our infrastructure. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit.
• We will only use your credentials to operate the EA on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from broker-side issues, connectivity failures, or actions taken by the EA on your account.
• You can delete your cloud instance and revoke access at any time from your dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the EA software or platform.
• Share, sell, or redistribute your license key or EA file to third parties.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription validation or license enforcement mechanisms.
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the platform API.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to GolXP remain the exclusive property of the Company. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes only.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force-majeure events may cause downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GolXP and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your active subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
